How to take your bundle?
1 serving before bed each evening. After 1-2 weeks you can add an extra serving first thing in the morning. Our powder is perfect in water with a squeeze of lemon, or try the pure easy swallow tablets.
Start with 1/2 serving daily. After 2 weeks grow to a full serving. You can always increase to 2 servings a day if you’re under particular stress, or in the second half of your cycle. Add the powder to your breakfast bowl or a mug of warm plant mylk, or take the easy veggie capsules.
Whisk ½-1 tsp in half a cup of hot water (below 80 C / 180 F). You can use a traditional bamboo whisk or the awesome Aerolatte Matcha Electric Whisk. Drink each morning for a productive day.
Make a daily Golden Latte with 1tsp Turmeric stirred into warm almond mylk, plus a dash of maple or rice malt syrup. You can of course add our Turmeric powder to your cooking too, or try our handy veggie capsules when you’re on the go.
